Dr. Pebley grew up in West Haven, Utah. He attended Weber State University, where he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Zoology. He then attended Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where he received his Doctorate of Optometry degree with distinction in 2009.
After graduation, Dr. Pebley was excited to return to Utah, where he practices comprehensive therapeutic eye care and specializes in ocular disease prevention and treatment, specialty contact lenses, and geriatric eye care. He is fluent in Portuguese.
Dr. Pebley loves to spend time with his wife and five children and enjoys running, riding bikes, and competing in triathlons.
